Our group will be traveling 1 day before the cruise, and we will stay in the same hotel. Dates of Travel: July 3- 11, 2026
You must adhere to the Due Dates listed below!
- Cabin Hold Fee $ 50 (Non-Refundable) Due by Sept 5,2025
- Cabin Hold Fee can not be applied to the $250.00 per person deposit. You must pay this fee in order to hold a cabin with this group. If you do not hold a cabin within the group your cruise rate will increase. All unsold cabins are released back to the cruise line.
- Deposit $250 per person (Refundable) Due by Oct 11,2025
- Final Payment Due by April 1, 2026
Group Rate Includes: 16 Cabins on hold within the group
- Prices are based on double occupancy in each cabin.
- You will be required to register online for a cabin type
- The group rate is only for 2 people in each cabin. The bedding type will be a queen that can convert into 2 twin beds. Each cabin only has 1 bathroom with a standup shower. If you desire to have a cabin to yourself you will need to pay $ 500 deposit and the cost of the cabin for 2 people even though there is only 1 person . The cruise line will only deduct the port fees and taxes for the 2nd passenger.
- Drink Package Notice- All adults over the age of 21 - Both adults must purchase the package. The cruise line does not allow you to share the drink package. The cost of the package is $ $55-60 a day times 7 plus taxes per person. I would wait until Black Friday to purchase for a better deal!
Hotel & Airfare Information:
- Before cruise hotel lodging will be arranged as a group by the TA- Renita Claud
- Hotel paid upon check in using your debit/credit card.
- Airfare- Depending on the number of persons traveling to and from the same destination a group rate may be available. Please note everyone will be traveling together.
- Payment plans will be available for roundtrip flights only if purchased as part of a group.
- Airline Frequent flier miles are able to be earned.
- Individuals not traveling with the group will be responsible for their own travel arrangements.
Ground Transportation from your Hotel to and from Port of Miami Cruise Terminal:
- Cruise Planners will coordinate transportation to and from the Miami Cruise Port Terminal.
- Individuals not traveling with the group will be responsible for their own travel arrangements.
Payment & Registration Guidelines:
- Prices include all taxes, government fees, and gratuities per person
- All Monthly Payments are made using your debit/ credit card with Renita Claud.
- You will be required to provide your Legal Name, DOB, Mailing Address, Email Address, Telephone Number, Debit / Credit Card number, Expiration Date and Security Code.

Credit cards are processed only if a completed Credit Card Authorization Form has been received by Cruise Planners. You will be required to designate the amount that you want to be charged for every payment. All credit/ debit card payments will be processed over the phone and or via text per your request.
Travel Insurance:
The cost of travel insurance and coverage amounts will be included on your personal invoice once the $250 pp deposit has been paid. Please consider buying travel insurance...protect your vacation investment!

Miami (Days 1, 8)
Costa Maya (Day 3)
Beginning where the Mayan Riviera ends, the Costa Maya stretches along the coastline up to Belize. The Costa Maya is the last remaining section of coastal properties yet to be exploited and there are acres of coastal land with absolutely no development. The odd fishing village spots the landscape but not much beyond that. Flying along the coastline you encounter numerous cenotes and you can still see the outlines and impressions of villages that were there centuries ago.
Experience the ancient Mayan City of Chacchoben. Largely unexplored until 1999, this Mayan site dates back to 360 A.D. when it played an important role in the distribution of such precious items as wood, jade and exotic birds.
Roatan (Day 4)
The Bay Islands, just north of the Caribbean coast of Honduras, have a long and colorful history. The earliest Indian inhabitants are thought to have traded with the Maya of Yucatan. Roatan is the largest of the islands with small towns and fishing villages built along the waters edge. Snorkeling and diving is at its best here. You´ll find beautiful palm-fringed beaches and miles of off-shore coral reef inhabited by brilliantly colored fish and multicolored gardens of aquatic plants.
There are fine restaurants, bars and attractions, such as Butterfly Park, Marble Hill Farms, the Iguana Farm and Carambola Gardens. But best of all, make sure to spend time exploring some of the most pure and untouched beaches in the Caribbean. It's all there for you to enjoy - at your own leisurely pace, of course.
