Payment Information:
You can make payments using a major credit or debit card. You will be required to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form online during the registration process. This form allows me to charge your card on your behalf. You will be required to designate the amount that you want to be charged for every payment. All credit card payments will be processed over the phone, and you can make monthly payments.
Travel insurance, Cruise Transfers, Airfare and Pre/Post Hotel Reservations are optional. As your travel advisor these items will be added per the group leader. The cost of travel insurance and the coverage amounts will be included on your personal invoices when you pay your $ 250 pp deposit.
Traditionally gratuities are $ 16 per day $128 per person for an 8 Day Cruise. Gratuity for Suites are $ 144 a person. Carnival fees are subject to change at any time.

The group cruise rates listed on this website only apply to the 1st & 2nd passenger in a cabin If you desire a cabin that sleeps 3-4 people you must contact me ASAP! These prices are subject to change without notice and you must pay the deposit upfront. Unlike a hotel the cruise lines charge per person. You are paying for the food and entertainment aboard the ship!

If you desire a cabin that sleeps 3-4 people you will be required to pay the full $250.00 per person deposit up front in order to reserve a cabin. The 3rd & 4th passenger rates are based on the current cruise rates at the time of booking. Which means the longer you wait to book you risk the rates increasing. Keep in mind summer sailings are in high demand. Upon booking a cabin that sleep 3- 4 passengers if the cruise line offers a sale, and it is combinable with this group sailing I will extend the savings to you. Please keep in mind most Early Saver Deposits are non-refundable and sometimes they do not allow any name changes. If a name change is allowed Carnival may charge a $ 50 fee. If you cancel Carnival may issue a Future Cruise Credit.
Cruise Discounts-
My travel agent group discount has been extended to this group. The rates you see on the registration page are my group rates. All of the taxes, fees, port expenses, and gratuities have been included in your cruise rate. If you are a Carnival Past Guest, or Military please let me know. If your cruise rate is cheaper than my group rate at the time of booking. I will gladly book your cabin using that rate.
If you have a Carnival Casino Offer I can book your cabin as well. Please keep in mind not all past guest offers and casino players will receive the same offer from Carnival. These offers are capacity controlled by Carnival and you must have a valid VIFP number to book them. The person with the offer must be in the same cabin.
If Carnival offers a deposit sale for this sailing for example $50 per person deposit instead of $ 250 per person. I would definitely take advantage of the offer and book it ASAP with me before that offer ends. It may be capacity controlled and the deposit may be non refundable. This is a great way to save money on your vacation deposit. I will be sure to let you know about all of the restrictions before you book. I want to make sure that you understand the discount you are booking and any restrictions associated with it.
Cabins outside of the Group Rate are not on hold but you can still book them with me as your agent- Ocean& Grand Suites are not being held within the group.
For these cabins the DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID UP FRONT (No Exceptions). I am not able to hold any of these cabins in the group!
If you want one to book a suite please contact me so that you can pay your cruise deposit upfront. All pricing listed for these cabins are subject to change at any time unless a deposit has been paid. Same rules apply as listed above if Carnival offers a sale on their cruise deposits for this sailing.
**Cancellation Schedule**
If you cancel for any reason you are subject to the penalties listed below
75-30 days prior to sailing: $250 per person
29-8 days prior to sailing: 50- 75 % of total charges
7 days or less of the sailing: 100% of total charges

A Valid Driver License along with your Birth Certificate and or a Passport is required for this sailing! Please purchase Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment!
